About the Role
Account Executive – Medium Enterprise at Workday drives new customer growth by partnering with medium‑enterprise prospects, presenting the Workday cloud, and closing opportunities that move customers beyond legacy platforms. Responsibilities
Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory. Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre‑sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment. Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and share Workday value propositions. Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data. Qualifications
4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C‑levels from a field sales position. 4+ years experience negotiating deals with a variety of C‑Suite Executives to close opportunities. 4+ years experience engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory. Proven track record in a high‑velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities. Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts. Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pay Transparency
Base salary range for the primary location: $137,300 – $167,800 USD. Additional US locations: $137,300 – $167,800 USD. This role may be eligible for a Workday Bonus Plan or role‑specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Remote Work
