Workers Compensation Specialist / Human Resource Management
The Estimator’s primary responsibility is to take a project from budget to bid through the sales and contract phase.
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for potential projects.
Actively follow up with general contractors once the bid is submitted until the project is awarded.
Develop bid strategies in conjunction with field operations to ensure the approach is most effective and meets customer requirements.
Make jobsite visits as required for upcoming projects.
Must have 5+ years experience in the construction estimating field or equivalent schooling. Strong computer skills and knowledge of concrete construction.

Pay Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
