Job Summary As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for applications used by our client advisory teams. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with a cross‑disciplinary team of developers, business analysts, QA analysts, and end users in an environment where they can make a material impact using a variety of testing. This role requires working across our integrated systems to support our business areas efficiently. This position is focused on developing and executing quality tests. This is a hybrid position that requires three days a week in our Woodbridge office.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide leadership on projects

Create test strategy and approach

Develop, maintain, and operationalize test plans

Review business requirements and identify gaps

Monitor project status and prepare reports

Work closely with QA manager on allocation of shared resources

Work closely with QA Automation team to identify and build test automation

Mentor and guide QA analysts

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

A passion for testing and keeping up with new testing techniques

Experience with different software development methodologies

Experience with test management tools

Experience with test automation tools

Desire to work in a highly collaborative team environment

Organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities)

Self‑motivated and deadline focused

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly proven analytical skillset

Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Desired Technical Skills

Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript

API automation

SQL

Preferred Experience (a plus)

Interoperability testing

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00. Eligible for a discretionary incentive‑based bonus. Employees may participate in a 401(k) program with company profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
