Employment type: Full‑time

What you’ll be working on Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers and performing occasional tele‑health visits Continuously learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities Collaborating daily with in‑office teammates via huddles and with virtual clinical teams Utilizing your specific clinical training and performing in‑office procedures Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required Currently enrolled in or completed within the last year an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program Board‑eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or having completed a residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date

San Francisco / Bay Area offices This is a full‑time role based at one of our offices. During the interview process we will determine the exact location based on your preferences and business needs.

Base salary: $308,700 per year for a full‑time schedule. Final pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for candidates exceeding the specified qualifications. A total compensation package may include an annual performance bonus, benefits, and incentive plans.
