Position Overview Ready to make a real impact in community health? Our nonprofit client is looking for a Director of Nursing who’s not just about management—but about movement. Lead a passionate clinical team of 5 nurses and 25+ Medical Assistants, elevate care standards, and drive lasting change in community-based healthcare. In this position, you will be reporting directly to our Chief Medical Officer with oversight of 11 of our clinic sites!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical care delivery and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Plan, organize, and direct comprehensive nursing and clinical programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care, quality indicators, and clinical workflows.
Implement and monitor quality improvement programs and incentive initiatives.
Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing and clinical support staff.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, HIPAA, and government regulations (CMS, COP, HRSA, Title 22).
Participate in medical, administrative, and educational committees.
Maintain professional growth through educational programs, workshops, and current literature.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
Current CPR and ACLS certification.
Minimum 4 years of relevant clinical experience.
Minimum 4 years of nursing management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Knowledge of government healthcare regulations and quality improvement measures.
