Director of Nursing

who doesn’t just manage—who drives innovation, empowers teams, and elevates care across multiple sites. This organization has a long-standing commitment to

serving underserved populations , including

individuals experiencing homelessness, low-income families, and patients with limited access to healthcare . In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a passionate team of 5 nurses and 25+ Medical Assistants, directly reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, with influence spanning 11 clinic locations. This is your chance to

shape healthcare delivery, improve outcomes, and leave a lasting mark on community health .

What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a high-performing clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care. Oversee, plan, and enhance comprehensive nursing and clinical programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline workflows and boost quality indicators. Implement and track quality improvement initiatives and incentive programs. Mentor, supervise, and evaluate nursing and clinical support staff. Ensure compliance with all policies, HIPAA, and government regulations (CMS, COP, HRSA, Title 22). Participate in medical, administrative, and educational committees. Stay at the forefront of clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development.

Who You Are: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current California RN license. Certified in CPR and ACLS. Minimum 4 years of clinical experience and 4 years in nursing management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Knowledgeable about government healthcare regulations and quality improvement. Passionate about transforming patient care and supporting your team.
