Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation:
$320,000–$330,000 per year
Job Summary We are seeking a Primary Care Physician Director to balance hands‑on patient care with leadership responsibilities for a team of adult medicine providers.
You will
Deliver high‑quality primary care with a focus on prevention and education.
Provide clinical and operational oversight to physicians, NPs, and PAs.
Support quality improvement, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with a multidisciplinary team to improve access and outcomes.
Qualifications
MD or DO; board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility).
Experience with diverse or urban patient populations preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
