Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation:
$320,000–$330,000 per year
Job Summary: We are hiring a Primary Care Physician Director to oversee adult medicine services, guide a team of providers, and ensure high-quality, culturally responsive care for a diverse patient population.
Role Highlights:
Provide direct primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate physicians and advanced practice providers.
Oversee clinical standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous quality improvement and support new clinical programs.
Collaborate across departments to coordinate care and address patient needs.
MD or DO; board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility).
Experience with diverse or urban patient populations preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
