A national Commercial Litigation firm is seeking a skilled writer and researcher to join its team of seasoned trial attorneys. As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will work across various practice areas, including partnership disputes, trust and estate litigation, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your legal skills, gain significant courtroom experience, and receive mentorship from experienced trial lawyers.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
2 to 6 years of litigation experience (includes time spent doing clerkships)

Background or experience in affordable housing, especially involving the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program
Background or experience in finance, tax, and business entity issues, especially partnerships
Clerkship experience
