Sr. Solutions Architect
to join our
Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) Architecture & Development
team. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of IT developers and architects, leveraging enterprise systems and integration technologies. Your main responsibilities include collaborating with management to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring successful technology implementation. You should have expertise in platform categories such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle, CMIC), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential). Additionally, you need experience designing, building, and supporting integrations between enterprise systems using technologies like Boomi or developing custom integrations. You will also execute proof of concept work, lead complex implementations, and manage the software development lifecycle of your team. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are essential. Your expertise will help drive innovation and optimize our technology infrastructure to meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities : Partner with stakeholders to clarify, refine, and guide business initiatives impacting enterprise platforms, including assessing tradeoffs. Define, evaluate, and communicate technical approaches and associated risks. Create and implement technical solutions involving HRIS, ERP, CRM, and integration technologies. Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Perform proof of concept testing for new technologies. Oversee complex integrations to ensure seamless performance. Ensure solutions are scalable and secure. Organize training sessions to enhance team expertise. Set coding standards and conduct code reviews. Guide and mentor IT developers working with Workday, CMIC, Cosential, and integration tools. Lead team meetings and stakeholder communications, presenting solutions and updates. Manage risks and stakeholder feedback throughout projects. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years in IT, with at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect. 7+ years experience with ERP systems like Oracle or MS Dynamics. 5+ years working with relational databases. 3+ years experience with HRIS platforms, including implementation and integration. Proven leadership or mentorship experience for at least 5 years. 3+ years experience with integration platforms such as Jitterbit, Boomi, or Workato. Experience with Azure cloud platforms, including Azure Functions. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience building containerized software solutions. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams. Knowledge of data security and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving skills and translating business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to stay updated with industry trends. Desired Qualifications : Understanding of finance processes within ERP systems. Certifications such as Workday Certified Integration Developer, Oracle Certified Professional, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect. Experience with data governance principles. Experience in the construction industry or similar fields. Work Conditions: Prolonged sitting and/or standing at a computer. Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally. Occasional domestic travel for meetings. This is a hybrid role with most work from home, requiring attendance at key meetings at the DPR office.
