DPR Construction is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) - Architecture & Development team. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of IT developers and other architects leveraging enterprise systems and integration technologies. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating with management to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions. Expertise in platforms such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle, CMIC), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential) is required. You should also have experience designing, building, and supporting integrations between enterprise systems using tools like Boomi or developing custom integrations. Responsibilities include executing proof of concept work, leading complex implementations, and managing the software development lifecycle of your team. To succeed, you need strong communication skills, a deep understanding of enterprise systems, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and a passion for mentoring. Your expertise will help drive innovation and optimize our technology infrastructure to meet evolving business demands. Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to clarify, refine, and guide initiatives impacting enterprise platforms, including evaluating tradeoffs. Define, evaluate, and communicate technical approaches and associated risks. Create and implement technical solutions involving HRIS, ERP, CRM, and integration technologies. Develop and maintain architectural diagrams and technical documentation. Perform proof of concept testing for new technologies. Oversee complex implementations to ensure seamless integration and performance. Ensure solutions are scalable and secure. Organize training to enhance team expertise. Set coding standards and conduct code reviews. Guide and support IT developers working with platforms like Workday, CMIC, Cosential, and integration tools. Mentor team members and promote collaboration. Lead team meetings and manage stakeholder communications. Assess business needs and define technical requirements with management. Present solutions and project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Address risks and concerns throughout project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years in IT, with at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect. 7+ years working with ERP systems like Oracle or MS Dynamics. 5+ years experience with relational databases. 3+ years hands-on with HRIS platforms, including implementation and integration. Proven leadership or mentorship experience for at least 5 years. 3+ years experience with integration platforms such as Jitterbit, Boomi, or Workato. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, including Azure Functions. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience building and deploying containerized solutions. Strong documentation skills and knowledge of data security standards. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Qualifications: Understanding of finance processes within ERP systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Microsoft). Knowledge of data governance principles. Construction industry experience or similar. Work Conditions: Prolonged sitting/standing at a computer. Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally. Occasional domestic travel. This role is hybrid, with most work from home and attendance at local DPR office meetings as needed.
