Sr. Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
Evaluate liability, coverage, and damage concerns related to injury claims
Handle first-party exposures including Medical Payments and Uninsured Motorist claims
Conduct investigative work and make liability determinations based on evidence
Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively with insureds and claimants
What is Required (Qualifications):
4-5 years of claims experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years as a casualty adjuster
High school diploma (HS/GED) or minimum of 3 years in a casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
Must hold an Adjuster's license for applicable states or obtain licenses within 90 days of employment
Strong communication skills for advising customers on coverage issues
Ability to manage claims efficiently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
5+ years of casualty claims adjuster experience
BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience handling commercial claims
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Active participation in employee resource groups or community initiatives
