Sr. Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and resolve all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
Conduct investigations and make coverage determinations for liability injury claims
Handle various types of claims, including Medical Payments, PIP, and Uninsured Motorists
Develop negotiation strategies to effectively resolve claims with insureds and claimants
Communicate case facts and collaborate with supervisors and team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
4-5 years of claims experience with at least 3-5 years as a casualty adjuster
High school diploma (HS/GED) or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
Must hold an Adjuster's license for applicable states or obtain licenses within 90 days of employment
Strong ability to manage claims efficiently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
5+ years of casualty claims adjuster experience
BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in handling commercial claims
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
