, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You will also take pride in knowing that your leadership contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store team!

What will I do as a Shift Leader?
Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience.
Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team adherence to standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members.
Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, following safe food handling practices.
Manage cash handling and deposits.
Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Experience with Point of Sale systems.
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
