Job Description: We are seeking experienced
Critical Care Registered Nurses (ICU RNs)
to provide exceptional care in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. The ICU consists of three units with 36 beds, dedicated to surgical, medical, and cardiac patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high‑quality care to critically ill patients, including those requiring isolation or COVID‑19 treatment.
Perform advanced critical care procedures, including:
Arterial line, hemodynamic, and central line monitoring.
Mechanical ventilation management and ECG interpretation.
Administration of vasoactive medications and thrombolytic therapy.
Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Intra‑Atrial Balloon Pump (IABP), and post‑anesthesia recovery care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Requirements
Licensure:
Current, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA certified.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – AHA certified.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience, proficient in critical care procedures.
40‑hour work week with flexible 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts, including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Total Weekly Gross Package: $2,527.00
Taxable Per Hour:
$33.22
Overtime Per Hour (Taxable):
$49.83
Hourly Fringe/Company Benefits (Non‑Taxable): $4.93/hour ($197.20/week)
