Responsibilities
Support design of internal projects
Coordinate with design team for delivery of pricing documents
Coordinate with leasing team for planning of renovations and fit‑outs
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and details
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years’
experience with
AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & 3D modeling software
Knowledge of
NYC Building Codes
and basic
ADA requirements
Strong background in
architecture, landscape architecture, signage, wayfinding, lighting, streetscape improvement, environmental graphic, and interior design
projects.
