VTG is seeking multiple Launch Systems Analysts in Los Angeles, CA, Colorado Springs, CO, Cape Canaveral, FL, and Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA. What will you do? Draft technical evaluations, briefings, analysis, and reports to support program execution. LSAs collect, analyze, evaluate data, and make recommendations. Develop processes to assess current activities, identify problem areas, and develop solutions. Analyze and develop new requirements, plans, and alternatives for OSL enterprise support. Support the development of contract, ECP, and Task Order packages. Assist in developing strategies to procure launch services. Verify the feasibility of portfolio plans within resource constraints. Review and assess contract and CDRL deliverables. Formulate strategies, processes, and products aligned with business strategies in collaboration with users and government. Maintain briefings and data submissions supporting OSL equities and NRO governance. Review documentation related to Launch Enterprise Portfolio and OSL Governance. Develop agreements with external agencies and mission partners. Coordinate documentation, communication, processes, and tools to support COTRs, Portfolio Managers, and division chiefs. Provide leadership and support in program/project planning, milestones, performance monitoring, and risk management. Maintain knowledge of processes and tools for requirements management, including strategies and roadmaps. Assess impacts from broad programmatic to mission-specific requirements. Support strategic and innovative technical solutions, considering various analytical factors. Prepare briefings, papers, and summaries on space launch topics. Support matrix/staff offices to meet OSL program goals. Do you have what it takes?

Position requires an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Experience levels can be substituted as follows: 5 years = Associates 10 years = Bachelors 15 years = Masters The LSA-I is an entry-level professional with some government program management knowledge, capable of developing briefings and assessments for various audiences, supporting cradle-to-grave launch enterprise activities, and possessing at least Programmatic Level II (P2) qualifications. Preferred qualifications include: General knowledge of NRO and OSL policies and procedures. Experience in program/contract management and familiarity with federal and IC/NRO/SF contracting, budgeting, and financial processes. The Level-II LSA is an intermediate professional with proven knowledge in government program management, capable of developing briefings and assessments for leadership, supporting strategic planning, and supporting launch activities, with qualifications at least at Programmatic Level III (P3). Preferred qualifications include: Extensive knowledge of NRO policies; thorough understanding of OSL policies. Experience with NRO/SF contracts, budgeting, and financial processes, with familiarity with OSL processes. Ability to recommend optimal paths based on extensive experience. The Level-III LSA is a senior professional with proven expertise in government program management, capable of developing briefings for all levels of government, supporting strategic planning, and managing launch activities from start to finish, with qualifications at least at Programmatic Level N (P4). Preferred qualifications include: Ability to establish effective relationships with government agencies and partners. Experience providing risk assessments and management recommendations. Strong presentation skills for complex topics to high-level audiences. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and guide lower-level LSAs. Pay range is estimated between $150,000 and $210,000 annually, considering experience, education, skills, and market factors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
