Overview Who Are We? A rapidly expanding real estate organization is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Real Estate Recruiter to support our continued growth. This is a full-time role for someone who is energetic, proactive, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about helping build a high-performing real estate team. Who Are We Looking For? This individual is enthusiastic, personable, and naturally skilled at building rapport. They enjoy meeting new people, asking great questions, and identifying strong potential in candidates. They are confident, organized, and excited about playing a key role in attracting real estate professionals to the organization. The right person is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow. They take initiative, manage follow-up with discipline, and consistently demonstrate professionalism. Prior experience in recruiting, inside sales, or real estate is strongly preferred. Expected end-of-year earnings: $150,000. Paid Time Off (PTO).
Responsibilities Source, attract, and onboard prospective real estate agents
Cold Calling Real Estate agents at a high level
Conduct daily outreach to potential candidates, social platforms, networking, and referrals
Present the organizations value proposition and career opportunities clearly and confidently
Track recruitment metrics and maintain an organized pipeline of candidates
Host or coordinate recruiting events, career seminars, and informational sessions
Build and nurture relationships with local real estate schools, industry professionals, and community partners
Support new agents through early onboarding steps and handoff to the training team
Maintain consistent follow-up with both active and passive candidates
Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies and talent goals
Communications & Interactions Prospective Agents: Daily outreach, interviewing, follow-up
Leadership Team: Weekly recruitment updates, pipeline review
Real Estate Schools / Industry Contacts: As needed event coordination, networking
New Hires: Ongoing onboarding guidance and support
Qualifications Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management, organization, and follow-up discipline
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and holding professional conversations
Experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate preferred
Ability to evaluate talent and match candidates to the companys needs
Positive, proactive attitude with a high level of professionalism
Familiarity with CRM systems and online recruiting tools
Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
Compensation $150,000 + OTE
