Contract IT Recruiter – 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert) Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr Location: Boston, MA (4 days onsite / Fridays remote) Pay: $55–$65/hr (Conversion range: $115,000–$140,000) Start: ASAP (Background check required; can start pending) We’re partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized organization in the construction and innovation space that is rapidly expanding its digital, data, and technology functions. They are looking for a Contract IT Recruiter to join their Boston-based Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month assignment with a strong possibility of conversion for a high-performing recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys handling high requisition volume, and is excited about recruiting top talent across Information Technology, Data, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence . What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, Data, Innovation, and AI roles Partner closely with hiring leaders to define needs, craft strategies, and set expectations Proactively source and engage top technical talent through networking and research-driven outreach Build and maintain pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs Provide market insights and data-driven updates to stakeholders Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with organizational values Maintain accurate ATS documentation ( Deliver weekly status updates on pipelines, search activity, and progress What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on technical roles Experience in AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) or adjacent industries strongly preferred Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in areas like software engineering, data analytics, product, DevOps, and AI Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong relationship-building and consultative skills Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through ATS experience required (iCIMS a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
