Environmental Practice Leader
to grow, develop, support, and enhance our environmental and industrial hygiene services in a Seller-Doer role at our Boca Raton, Florida office. The successful candidate will provide environmental project management expertise, business development, client relationship management, and coordination of key environmental services within the firm. This role will be responsible for strategically growing business development efforts along with supporting technical aspects of environmental projects/operations for the firm. Business Development/Operations/Project Management Responsibilities:
Grow, develop, and lead H2M environmental initiatives to expand and diversify the client base; collaborate on client development and business opportunities. Work with market/BD/discipline leaders on environmental business initiatives and enhance client relationships within the environmental field locally and at the state level. Demonstrate success in growing environmental revenues across various markets. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients; utilize internal resources for new leads; collaborate on client and business development. Develop and manage environmental and compliance opportunities; cross-sell services including training, safety, investigation, remediation, geotechnical engineering, and energy. Provide direction to environmental managers and staff in pursuit and delivery of new work. Provide technical leadership and oversight on project management, including scope, budgets, and schedules. Participate in trade shows and industry associations. Prepare and coordinate proposals; assist with 'Go/No Go' decisions; develop proposal strategies and coordinate technical writing. Perform other responsibilities to ensure project success and business development. Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences or engineering with 15-20 years of managerial planning, compliance, and project management experience, including business development and client management. Professional registration – PE, PG, or CIH; FL Asbestos Consultant license required. Strong understanding of environmental regulations and their impact on business and property development. Ability to generate new business and coordinate resources across disciplines and offices. Extensive knowledge of Florida environmental market and clients. Strong management and supervisory skills; effective communication and presentation skills. Periodic travel required. The
salary range
for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 annually. The employment offer may vary based on experience, knowledge, certifications, and other factors, but not protected characteristics. This salary does not include other compensation or benefits.
