A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Mental Health team and provide general nursing care to adults in an inpatient psychiatric facility in Brooklyn.
About the Opportunity:

Nights Schedule:
5 shifts per week and rotating weekends Hours:
11:30pm to 8am Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical needs Administer medications Check and transcribe physicians' orders promptly Admit, discharge, and transfer patients based on physician orders Assist with procedures and physical exams Ensure treatment rooms are equipped and functional Record progress notes and patient data accurately Collect vital signs, draw blood, etc. Qualifications: At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting Active New York State Registered Nurse license BLS certification Seniority level
