Selected candidate will designsystems with all components, drawings and BOMs - currently using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Candidate will be required to have a strong mechanical engineering and/or mechatronics background with working knowledge of electrical controls, including servomotors and sensors. May occasionally accompany Sales Personnel on customer visits to gather technical information and/or present solutions. This role is 100% engineering, nothing sales-related other than working with the sales team to help secure new business. THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL PROVIDE ADVANCEMENT: Employer is committed to supporting the growth of the Sr. Applications Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) into the Engineering Product Manager role within the next five years.
