In this role, youll lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels. From concept to launch, youll work with internal teams, franchisees, and agency partners to drive awareness, sales growth, and consumer love. What You'll Do:
Own the national brand calendar and campaign strategy Lead go-to-market plans for promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns Define and engage target audiences with smart segmentation and compelling creative Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders through campaign development Analyze performance, consumer insights, and competitive trends to optimize results Support franchisee marketing needs with scalable, local strategies What You Bring:
