About the role This position reports directly to the US IT Infrastructure Manager at Tritium and is based in Middle Tennessee. The Systems Administrator role provides customer support, incident management, network, hardware and software deployment. This position requires someone with a strong level 3-4 knowledge of networking and knowledge of windows servers and managing a dual environment of on prem and cloud-based systems. This role will work heavily with moving existing services into the cloud. Through a respectful, meticulous, and process-driven approach this role will deliver tactical responses to minimize system outages/interruptions and business downtime. Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: MTT Repair onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop/client-side issues for end users. Preparation and delivery (courier if remote) of relevant hardware, software and identity management for new Tritium staff Preparation, closure and return of assets, hardware, software and access control for departing Tritium staff. Collaborate with 3rd-tier (often contract or external) support teams to manage and prevent system outages. 3rd level support of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting as defined and supported by the Global IT Service Desk Minimize SLA Breaches in accordance with Service Level metrics of the Global IT Service Desk (in line with Business and Individual employee Goals) Network Administrator with strong understanding of (managing multi-level firewalls for multi sites) Strong understanding of server administration and patching (Windows Server 2019-and above) Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems including integrating into SSO Strong knowledge of ERP systems and support (NetSuite/Salesforce) Infrastructure Management Contribute to regular maintenance of Tritium IT Infrastructure, including (but not limited to): Network, Wireless, SDWAN, Hyper-V and other Virtualized systems, Storage, Backups/DR. Contribute to regular compliance checks and audits. Standardization and deployment of software to a variety of operating systems, including Wintel, Apple, Linux (Ubuntu Server, Debian). Patch and vulnerability management through a centralized endpoint management system. About you Minimum of 7+ years in IT Support, Server Administrator, or relevant experience BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent training in IT, computer science, computer engineering or other related fields. IT certifications such as MCSA (Microsoft Certificate Systems Administrator), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CompTIA A+, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) (Windows Server Administrator 2019-2022) Preferred Problem solving, incident and problem management skills consistent with ITIL v4 Foundation or above. Strong aptitude for contributing to change and project management concepts within IT as a service to a global business. Strong Competency across several of the following technologies: Microsoft, Azure, Active Directory, Office/365, Virtualization, Amazon Web Services, Hosting, Cloud, NetSuite, Salesforce, General relational database, Backups, Disaster Recovery, Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, GIT, SDWAN, Meraki, Cisco, Sophos, CrowdStrike. Specialization across products associated in the following industries: WindChill, SolidWorks, MS-SQL, Hyper-V, Backups and Disaster Recovery Cloud system based integrations (Jira cloud) Key behaviours: Motivated, precise, independent, good written and verbal communication skills.
