Exempt The EHR Application Analyst 2 performs duties related to information technology applications, including design, development, system configuration, implementation, and support of information systems. Responsibilities include working with multiple teams and customers to develop and implement application functionalities. Primary Responsibilities:

Defines, documents, builds, and maintains EHR application content. Creates functional specification documents and validates content with business owners. Completes projects within deadlines, demonstrating project management skills. Escalates issues impacting deliverables. Maintains certifications and stays current with application updates. Acts as liaison between IT, customers, and vendors, participating in meetings. Prepares and maintains documentation including analysis, design, and user guides. Provides on-call/after-hours support as needed. Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge. Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in EHR implementation/support or operational experience with EHR applications. Ability to analyze large data sets effectively. Vendor certifications in assigned applications/modules. Experience with computer systems, web applications, and Microsoft Office. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or IT. EHR certification preferred. Experience:

Two years of experience with EHR or clinical systems. Experience in clinical settings and project management. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Multi-tasking, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and ownership of tasks. Knowledge of HL7 standards and process redesign. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19.
