Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our managers and employees. This role is critical in keeping our office running smoothly by assisting with daily operations, organizing schedules, and managing administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining filing systems
Maintain office policies, procedures, and contact lists
Provide support to visitors and act as a point of contact for clients
Liaise with executives and senior assistants to handle requests
What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High School diploma required; additional qualifications as an Admin Assistant or Secretary are a plus
