Position Overview
We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for a Receptionist to join our fast‑paced Collections Division. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will serve as the first point of contact for the firm’s clients and other incoming callers and direct them to the appropriate recipient.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $21.00–$24.00 per hour + benefits.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and sick time.
Schedule
Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Business hours: 8:00 am–5:00 pm Monday‑Friday.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume, multi‑line phone by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Open, scan, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Organize documents and reports.
- Enter notes into electronic database.
- Perform additional clerical duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of high‑volume, multi‑line incoming phone call management.
- Ability to answer over 200 calls per day within 3‑4 rings, quickly determine caller needs, and transfer each one to the appropriate recipient/resource.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
