Job Title: Manager, Accounting Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire Company: Public Company - Leasing Benefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc. Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities: Ensure monthly activities are properly recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP Review and manage the internal monthly reporting package Review and manage balance sheet account reconciliations Review and manage the preparation of schedules to assist financial reporting team with 10-Q and 10-K disclosure requirements Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP Assist with external and internal audit requests Evaluate, develop, and maintain documentation on operating procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure compliance Manage, train and coach personnel under supervision Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance CPA required 5+ years of relevant accounting related business experience, including public accounting Multinational public company, financial services, or leasing company experience a plus Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Manufacturing and Consumer Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
