Customer Service Representative

Job Duties

• Manage a high volume of emails and incoming calls, ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.

• Respond to product-related questions, prepare quotes, and manage order entry.

• Place customer orders and issue order acknowledgements efficiently while supporting sales targets.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely order processing and delivery in alignment with company standards.

• Initiate and manage return and exchange processes, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting departmental metrics.

• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through excellent service and support, driving repeat business.

• Collaborate with the production/manufacturing team to ensure customer deadlines and requirements are met.

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills required; experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining departmental and industry standards.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to multitask within a Microsoft Windows environment.
