Director, Sales
supports and drives the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of a high-performance sales team to achieve revenue targets, increase profits, and strengthen partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Manage the sales team’s operating budget, strategic plans, and finances, ensuring tracking and progress towards revenue and financial goals. Oversee business processes to meet revenue targets through new client acquisition and onboarding, ensuring quality service. Establish relationships with product management, customer experience, legal, and operations to support sales initiatives. Work with finance to identify trends and ensure accurate projections and attainable goals. Review product improvements and pricing, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. Build meaningful relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors to support positive brand perception. Collaborate with sales leaders on team performance, skills gaps, and development opportunities. Support and coach the sales team, providing training and development to meet objectives. Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring policy compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred. Typically 10+ years of relevant experience. Skills and Abilities: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence and expertise in products and services. Strong data analytics, budget management, and technological skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Leadership ability to inspire and develop teams. Additional Information: Travel up to 50%. Remote work in the United States. The salary range is $110,000 to $147,000, with potential commissions and benefits.
