Location
Ohio, Southern Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Arkansas, Louisiana Required Skills Must have experience with Python and APIs. Experience with SCADA, OMS, DMS, AMI applications, ADMS, or DMS systems is required. Ability to work independently with relevant experience in these areas.
Position Details
Bachelor's in Computer Science with 5+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience in software development. Proficiency in Python and API development. Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL) and non-relational databases (Mongo). Experience developing interfaces and custom programs for SCADA/OMS/DMS/AMI/ADMS applications. Experience automating SCADA workflows and familiarity with communication protocols like DNP3, ICCP, Modbus. Utility industry experience is preferred. Ability to analyze logs, monitor applications, and proactively identify issues. Experience with backups, restorations, and ensuring system reliability. Support in scheduling patches, updates, and server configurations to minimize downtime.
