5‑week Sales, Equipment, Product and Management Training Program (includes performance metrics)
Continuous product and equipment development updates
Responsibilities
Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
Meet self‑performance metrics and help employees meet theirs
Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance
Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to effectively motivate others
Must stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
Must lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
