As an Assistant Medical Director at USACS, you'll partner with the Medical Director and hospital staff. The IAC team ensures efficient, patient-centered care. Recruiting both physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join the practice
Responsibilities include providing orientation, mentoring, and monitoring the progress of new providers to ensure successful integration
Core duties encompass supervising IAC team members, managing schedules, attending meetings, ensuring compliance with governing bodies, and providing direct patient care
Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $125/hour to $150/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits. Aadditional leadership stipend available

Staffing Model:
16-20 per physician - 84 hours of physician coverage daily
12-14 per APP - 36 hours of APP coverage daily
EMR: Epic
14 physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team
Dedicated nocturnist
Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call
Procedures not required
Open ICU
Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical/gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.
