Job Title: Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst
The Clark County Finance Department Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) office is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst. We seek professionals experienced in enterprise application implementation, financial/HR analysis, and information system administration. As a member of the system support team, you will plan, direct, and review staff work related to maintaining and enhancing a large, automated accounting and human resource information system. This recruitment will fill multiple positions across the following teams/divisions: New Initiatives Team (NI):
Responsible for evaluating business processes, creating functional documentation, capturing detailed requirements, solution design, continuous improvement initiatives, and project management. Tasks include configuration, production support, writing specifications, creating work instructions, system enhancements, and quality assurance testing. Candidates will support primarily one module: Human Capital Management (HCM) or Financials (FI). Human Capital Management (HCM) Team:
Responsible for configuration, support, specifications, work instructions, system enhancements, and testing for modules like OM, PA, Benefits, Time, Payroll, SuccessFactors LMS, and others. Financials Team (FI):
Responsible for similar tasks for modules like FM, FI, GM, GL, CO, AP, AR, IM, and others. This is an open and ongoing recruitment, with scheduling depending on application review. It will establish an eligibility list for current and future vacancies over the next six months, possibly extended. This position is confidential, non-union, and excludes membership in the union. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, plus four (4) years of professional experience supporting financial/business applications. Equivalent experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to two (2) years. All qualifications must be documented in your application. Contribute to team efficiency, utilize standard office equipment, and travel as needed.
