Sr. Client Success Analyst – Transformation & Turnaround Job ID: 93923

Your Impact

Optimize onboarding, training, communications, and user adoption strategies across the client lifecycle.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with a portfolio of clients and internal teams to demonstrate the value of Wave’s offerings, share use cases, identify expansion opportunities, and drive product adoption and satisfaction.

Lead workshops, business reviews, and strategic outreach, introducing new capabilities such as Wave’s GenAI‑enabled Virtual Coach.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve adoption issues, operational challenges, and client relationship concerns, acting as a client advocate.

Provide thought leadership by monitoring client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings; build and optimize client delivery strategies; support new product, marketing, and operational enhancements.

Contribute to contract extension and renewal processes and collaborate with leadership on contractual and billing matters.

Travel up to 20% of the time to serve a diverse client base and maintain high levels of service and engagement.

Serve as a regional hub for transformation programs across Chicago, New York, Miami, and the Americas using the Wave cloud‑based program management solution.

Your Qualifications and Skills

Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record; MBA or graduate degree a plus.

3+ years of account or client relationship management, pre‑sales, or consultative product experience.

Prior consulting experience desirable but not required.

Experience with SaaS and/or digital products; project, program, or change management experience a plus.

Commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Strong entrepreneurial drive and sense of ownership, keen to proactively build McKinsey’s Wave solution.

Relationship management skills; able to manage key stakeholders internally and at clients.

Clear oral and written communication skills to present complex value propositions to senior client executives.
