Base Pay Range $50,200.00/yr - $69,000.00/yr

About the Role As the General Manager, you lead your team to deliver a profitable store business plan, ensuring all key metrics are met or exceeded and bridging brand vision with store execution. You drive sales growth across customer operations, merchandising, product operations and talent development, and coach behaviors for a best‑in‑class customer experience.

What You'll Do

Analyze results, identify opportunities and make decisions in collaboration with leadership to drive key performance indicators.

Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.

Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.

Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.

Account for team performance through coaching and feedback.

Teach and train to build capabilities.

Lead implementation and execution of all standard operating procedures and initiatives.

Create an inclusive environment.

Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.

Represent the brand and understand competitors.

Promote community involvement.

Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.

Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Who You Are

3‑5 years of retail experience leading others.

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results.

Effective communication with customers and employees.

Comfortable navigating sales floor, stock room, office, chemicals and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel.

Strong time‑management, planning and prioritization skills.
