YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply, distribution, licensing, and partnership contracts including IP provisions
Provide legal advice on legal risks and opportunities in contractual matters to internal stakeholders across the organization
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies in all contractual relationships
Manage contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and implementation
Support business development and commercial initiatives with strategic legal guidance and training
Identify and mitigate contractual risks
Maintain templates and playbooks
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Degree in Law
Previous years of professional experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in an internationally operating company or as an attorney-at-law
Strong understanding of commercial (sales and after sales) contracts in a technical environment, preferable in the electro engineering field
Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements
Solid knowledge of intellectual property law and IP provisions in commercial contracts
Proven business acumen, identify, assess and mitigate contractual business problems and risks, address them and develop balanced solutions together with the business in the interests of the company
Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken; Italian and/or German are an advantage
