The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes overseeing project planning, execution, delivery, and ensuring projects meet client expectations, stay within budget and is completed on schedule, while maintaining strong relationship with clients, design consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. The personnel for this position must demonstrate the following minimum requirements: a) At least a 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in either engineering, architecture or construction management. b) A minimum of ten (10) years of professional construction industry experience. c) Demonstrated experience on similar type projects.
