What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Draft, review, and negotiate various healthcare contracts, including procurement agreements and clinical trial agreements
Coordinate stakeholder alignment across business units, legal, compliance, and external partners
Serve as a project manager for legal and business initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency
Proactively identify legal and business risks within complex business units
Provide administrative support, including contract tracking and organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in healthcare or a corporate environment
Demonstrated experience negotiating healthcare procurement contracts and related documents
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of coordinating stakeholder alignment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and AI tools for strategic process improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with healthcare regulatory matters, including Anti-Kickback Statute and HIPAA
Familiarity with contract management systems such as Salesforce and DocuSign
Prior experience supporting provider relationships within a matrixed organization
Exposure to healthcare procurement contracting
