What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Draft, review, and negotiate various healthcare contracts, including procurement agreements and clinical trial agreements
Coordinate stakeholder alignment across business units, legal, compliance, and external partners
Serve as a project manager for legal and business initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Identify legal and business risks while developing contracting policies and procedures
Provide administrative support, including contract tracking and organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in healthcare or a corporate environment
Demonstrated experience negotiating healthcare procurement contracts and related documents
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating stakeholder alignment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and skilled in AI tools for process improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with healthcare regulatory matters (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA)
Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Conga, Salesforce)
Prior experience supporting provider relationships in a matrixed organization
Experience working with executive boards and corporate governance
Exposure to healthcare procurement contracting
