Job Responsibilities

Prepare complex tax returns and perform tax research

Respond to tax notices from taxing authorities

Review tax information supplied by the client and meet with or contact client regarding general or complex tax questions

Recognize, anticipate, and resolve tax issues and make recommendations

Adapt to the company's practices, policies, and culture

Qualifications

3-5 years of prior experience

CPA certified or CPA candidacy preferred

Strong organization, problem‑solving and analytical skills

Diligent work ethic and dedication to providing superior client service

Excellent communication skills – oral, written, and interpersonal with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner to upper‑level team members and clients

Strong client engagement skills

Must be proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning and compliance
