Summary of Role The Senior Strategic Campaign Manager is a key contributor to campaign accuracy, performance, and partner success. You’ll lead the day‑to‑day execution of digital campaigns—including trafficking, pre‑optimization, pacing analysis, hands‑on optimization, and clear communication of results. You will distill complex performance data into accessible insights, troubleshoot issues with confidence, and maintain exceptionally high accuracy across detailed operational workflows.

This senior, highly independent role also strengthens team‑wide processes by documenting best practices and contributing ideas that support our continued growth.

Responsibilities

Ad Trafficking: Order intake and trafficking, setting up the order, pre‑optimizing, and ultimately going a campaign live.

Campaign Management: Continuously checking and improving the health of a campaign—pacing, click‑through rates, conversions, and ROI.

Communication: Translating complex information into clear, consumable explanations for partners and their clients.

Reporting: Providing status updates and KPI benchmarks for partners and clients.

Team Building: Contributing ideas to grow the business 10× over the next year.

Troubleshooting: Performing steps to resolve issues and documenting best practices.

Qualifications

4+ years in ad operations, ad trafficking, or account management at digitally focused agencies, client agencies, or media companies.

3+ years working and communicating with clients or internal customers on data, operations, and performance conversations.

Experience with The Trade Desk, Meta, TikTok, and other ad‑serving technologies.

Experience aggregating, providing, and explaining performance reporting for digital media campaigns.

Working knowledge of digital production, design, digital ad tags, and/or creative specs.

Demonstrated experience handling, organizing, and managing complex, detail‑oriented tasks with a very low error rate.

Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Location Information Preferred near Denver, CO office, with hybrid work‑from‑home flexibility. Must live and work in the United States (excluding territories). Reliable, high‑speed internet required.

Compensation Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (depending on experience). Total annual compensation target $75,000 – $105,000, including bonuses tied to successful execution and management.
