A day in the life:

Maintain strict adherence to all company safety rules, regulations, procedures and practices

Teach, coach and provide direction to the logistics team to safely and effectively deliver material to our internal customers

Oversee all day-to-day logistics activities within the company

Implement new warehouse software (Kojo) to update the warehouse processing system

Supervise all warehouse, tool, and driver personnel

Implement and create as needed key performance metrics to track division performance

Implement QA/QC programs to ensure items that arrive are correct for end users to pick up

Work with jobsites to implement and improve current logistics procedures

Visualize, plan, and execute expected budget goals You should have:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business, supply chain management, or logistics, or an equivalent level of logistics experience required

8+ years of logistics experience

3+ years of people management experience

Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management

Prior experience leading a large team of 10-20 people, with management layers within the team, is strongly preferred

Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customers
