About the Opportunity CHOC Children’s Specialists is seeking a
Board-Certified/Eligible Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician, Child Neurologist , or
Neurodevelopmental Disabilities-trained physician
to join our dynamic team within the
Thompson Autism and Neurodevelopmental Center at CHOC.
This role offers a rare opportunity to help expand a state-of-the‑art center that provides:
Comprehensive diagnostic and longitudinal care for children with autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders.
Multidisciplinary services addressing co‑occurring conditions (sleep, GI, epilepsy, psychiatric).
New programming in feeding disorders, mental health integration, and adult transition services.
This is a high‑impact,

What We’re Looking For
Board Certification/Eligibility in DBP, Child Neurology, or NDD
Strong commitment to patient‑centered care, community outreach, teaching, and research
California medical license (or eligibility) and DEA registration
Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership
Bonus: Candidates with experience in clinical research and/or grant funding may be eligible for protected and funded research time.
