Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist position will perform and prioritize a multitude of complex duties in the areas of operations, including forecast analysis, grief resolution, slotting and product movement, composition of clear email communications, and reconciliation.
Job Responsibilities
Interactive communication with multiple departments
Equipment Operation (Order Picker)
Performs a variety of complex administrative duties
Operates various warehouse machinery and equipment
Completes data entry on all new items entering the facility
Assists with special projects assigned by management
Qualifications
High School diploma
3+ years of relevant experience in a distribution environment
SAP experience a must
Strong computer, analytical, and data entry skills
Good communication skills
Proven ability to work independently
Ability to manage and prioritize time and tasks
Possess a customer-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements
Work requires moderate muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as frequently climbing or recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weight up to 50 pounds.
