Senior Director, Patient Access Shared Services
Your job is more than a job. As a key leader within Revenue Cycle operations, the Sr. Director, Patient Access Shared Services provides leadership, direction, and support for developing, implementing, and managing the efficiency and effectiveness of shared service functions within Patient Access operations of LCMC Health. This includes related activities specific to overseeing and driving scheduling excellence, pre‑registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, and Patient Access services vendor management. The leader will work closely with all Revenue Cycle departments as well as Operational areas such as Clinical Services, Case Management and Corporate Compliance to apply new and emerging approaches for LCMC Health's Patient Access shared services areas.
Experience Qualifications
Ten (10) years Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience (required)
Five (5) years’ experience PAS management (required)
Education Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Health Services or Business Administration. May substitute any equivalent combination of secondary education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position.
Preferred: Master’s degree
Licenses and Certifications
Certification Name: CHAM, CHAA, or FHFMA
