Job Summary The Senior Program Coordinator provides and oversees the logistical and administrative support for the Stephen S. Weinstein Advocacy Program. The role includes oversight of approximately 50 adjunct faculty members and student support services for all students affiliated with the program, including LLM students, Mock Trial Honor Society, Moot Court Honor Society, Alternative Dispute Resolution, independent study students, and students in Advocacy Program courses.
Essential Functions
Office Management
– Serve as the first point of contact for adjunct faculty and law students, coordinate scheduling, enrollment, syllabi, and course materials, ensure compliance with ABA requirements, manage the program’s social media accounts and website, and implement new initiatives as directed by the Program.
Financial Management
– Reconcile GL monthly expenses, manage office credit card accounts, handle budget management, and coordinate payment for competition and adjunct faculty coaches.
Competition Team Coordination
– Plan logistics for major events, including annual mock trial competitions, and recruit local attorneys, judges, and jurors.
Final Assessment Coordination
– Manage administrative aspects of final examination trials, including coordinating jurors, logistical arrangements, notifications, and faculty management.
Ancillary Program Coordination
– Support the administrative and logistical implementation of LL.M., summer and ancillary programs, including marketing, budgeting, faculty, and logistical coordination.
Supervisory Responsibility The incumbent may supervise student employees (dean’s fellows).

Salary Range $29.09 – $33.96 per hour.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
5–8 years of relevant experience in administration, planning and logistical support.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of administrative/logistical experience in an office setting.
Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
