Overview
Director of Nursing-Bench role at Brookdale. You will lead and manage the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for residents, proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers, and collaborate with community leadership to mentor associates and improve resident and family satisfaction. Responsibilities
Participate in on-the-job training experiences for the Health and Wellness Director role and develop managerial and clinical skills within the Brookdale organization. Lead the Health & Wellness Director pathway through the Brookdale Bench Program, preparing you to assume broader health and wellness leadership responsibilities including people management, clinical management, quality care and regulatory oversight. Collaborate with residents, families and health professionals to coordinate exceptional personalized care. Qualifications & Skills
Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). Driver’s license. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation. About Brookdale & Benefits
