Responsibilities
Provide strategy support and vision to the Brookdale at Home agency to achieve sales goals.
Maintain and improve caseload and revenue production in accordance with marketing and business plans.
Represent the agency and increase referrals through business development.
Build the lead pipeline by developing referral relationships.
Develop and execute quarterly, market‑specific business development plans.
Educate area medical professionals and facilitate partnerships with Hospice and Home Health.
Coordinate networking presentations and generate referrals.
Track information, compile data and generate reports to achieve caseload goals.
Maintain relationships with clients, families, and professional referral sources.
Represent Brookdale’s private duty service line and increase awareness through events.
Assist in client retention via welcome events and referral programs.
Collaborate on marketing plans, content creation, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the retirement, medical, or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of generating and closing qualified leads.
Frequent car travel required.
Strong judgment, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements Frequent car travel. Requires ability to drive (Tier 2).
Management and Decision‑Making Apply existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department. Use sound judgment to solve moderately complex problems.
Knowledge and Skills Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing, including principles and tactics, and understanding of state regulations impacting service delivery. Proficiency with smartphones, PCs, and related software. Ability to manage time, tasks, and projects and to build trust and honesty in relationships.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands and fingers.
