What You’ll Do This is a leadership role focused on technical excellence, project delivery, and team development—not business development. You will shape the direction of our projects, mentor talented engineers, and ensure that our work is technically sound, on schedule, and aligned with client needs.
Provide technical oversight and quality control on land/site development projects
Oversee project management processes, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of civil engineers and designers
Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, surveying, and architecture teams
Serve as a senior technical resource for grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout
Establish and refine best practices for design standards and QA/QC procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE required)
Typically, 10+ years of experience in land/site development
Proven track record in project management and team leadership
Deep technical knowledge in grading, drainage, utility design, and permitting
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Passion for developing talent and building efficient teams, internal systems, and design practices
What We Offer We are targeting a base salary of $125,000 to $175,000, but this is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
